Pros

No Pros as of now.

Cons

Please do not join IBM i team at any cost. Manager is the torch bearer of negativity here. The development is totally unorganised. The project is transferred from USA to India and there was no proper KT. And the manager does not have the patience to build the team. Please do not join in any team under him. He works like a detective to find fault in your work and he uses all his creativity to write negative feedback in checkpoint. There are multiple teams under this manager starting from Java, MQ, NodeJS and Networking. New Compiler team is going to be formed soon. Please stay away from such toxic team. During interview they will be really sweet and will tell you false things about the work. If you want to join, please join at your own risk.
