Pros

Great short term opportunities for everyone willing to work hard, wealth of knowledge for those willing to take the time to learn. The knowledge learned from colaboration with coworkers can be invaluable.

Cons

No long term opportunities unless you stand out as top 5% of your group. Must play politics well to survive crossfire. Easy to wake up in a dead end position and not realize it until it's almost too late.

Pros

Good technical exposure Good understanding of how business goes and what can be the impact of a error. Good policies overall, as they are not governed by the Manager. Good company to sit and enjoy...like if u want no growth or progress in life.

Cons

No HR No Manager to talk to to, they are there just for name sake. No importance to individual growth. Complex processes and policies which u can only learn after making mistake. Too big a organization to get your good work get noticed. Too much politics ...which is supported by the manager and you need to have good links with the Team Lead/Manager in case u want leaves...or good/OK rating.
