Pros
it's a paycheck - a very small paycheck - about 20% less than what I was making doing the same thing at another company.
Cons
there is a fundamental air of distrust throughout the whole company. Management doesn't trust anyone to make the right decision, so you have to get a gazillion approvals on even the smallest thing. You get bogged down in nonsense paperwork, and they seem to thrive on chaos. Also, it's embarrassing to constantly see your employer in the news for suspicion of stealing proprietary info from other companies or bribing a company for a contract.
