If you're from anywhere other than the United States, you'll advance. If you're Chinese, you'll advance quicker! If you have experience and you're desperate for work, this may be a good start.

Cons

Huawei does not give fair and equal treatment to all employees. The company expects you to bankroll the company. Getting your money back via expense reports are acts of god.

1. Difficult to balance work and life with huge workload 2. Lack of communication for projects spread across geographical locations 3. Fixed signin time but signout time doesnt matter 4. Non flexible working hours 5. Information given is very closed and sometimes lacks clarity

very good pay package, small employee base in india...hence easy to get recognised and become a valuable employee. the place to be if you want to grow technically

Cons

you would crave for weekends. Latenights work is very common. Indian staff dont have a say. Its always what chinese counterparts decide. Language is a very big barrier. Its a boss-slave relationship than a boss-reportee kind. Management is really worse. Many of the veterans who have spent 10yrs here, are like frogs in the well. They havent really seen what really Project management is all about.
