Teacher level is always low, they don't know how to answer questions, after this useless training they pretend you are an expert. Not only you have to work 12 hours a day because there are not enough persons on project, but besides this they bother you with stupid exams, targets, levels, lessons etc etc Carrer path does not exist. Career for local people is almost impossible while chinese people start to work as engineeer and after two years they are the boss of your boss. They lower the salaries level in our countries
