      You have the space to grow because they don't know how to do it. They SHOUT at you but they don't how to do it, especially marketing and branding.

      Cons

      Pressure and bear the rudeness of your superior. You have to pretend to work a lot and follow their military way. They don't trust local people and use them like an object. They don't respect local culture and traditions while they want to continue their success in Chinese way which cannot be applied in Italy
