      Pros

      Good salary structure thats above the industry avaerage, good interaction with folks from senior management across locations.

      Cons

      The Senior Management is too afraid of losing their jos to stand up for their employees, there are way to many levels in the organization, the HR plays a very small role and doesnt have much say in charting the career path, growth is stunted and there are not too many challenging roles on offer. Co-workers - the old timers, anyway. They've been doing the same thing, the same HTSI has a long history of placing people in positions different than initially described, promised, or within the employees' actual desires or skill set.

      Pros

      The company matches 401K contributions at 100% and also has a defined pension plan - that's pretty good in comparison to other companies today

      Cons

      The cyclical nature of the business makes working at Honeywell challenging at times. The senior management will keep their salaries and perks at the expense of the rank and file workers.
