Decent salary, good people where the rubber hits the road, good source for experience, liberal time off

Cons

No investment in innovation, weakening benefits, no investment in people, WEAK marketing, HIGH turnover, LOW morale, motivate with a stick, tons of political land mines. Most customers work with you because they have to, not because they want to and management is full of sycophants. NO leaders, all decisions are made by consensus or to appease the latest motivational program du jour. Very short sighted, constant crisis management often created internally
