My first boss was great.

-Toxic positivity attitude -No mental stimulation in the work environment leading to complete brain crashes at the end of every day -Was told there would be no upward mobility unless someone leaves -Benefits are pretty crappy (UHC health insurance) -Restructuring done with no thought or care, upper management careless and rude -Overall, this is an MLM company that preys on disadvantaged communities by making false promises of making money. The products are not healthy for you and cause serious health issues.
