Free use of product and a on site gym.

Cons

Terrible management that drives away talent and innovation. Most of the middle managers have been there more than 5 years in the same position. Many employed people there, but not employable.

free Herbalife product, nice office space, free parking

Cons

Too much politics and power hungry people, no direction, no introduction to other peers (be prepared to guess who you are supposed to work with) little or no training for new employees, unbalanced environment stuck in old ways of doing business. Middle management always in meetings never available.

Cons

Ridiculous hours, no work-life balance, upper management preaches "work smarter, not harder" - middle management says "just work more", a lot of favoritism shown be the department head, people seem to get promoted based on how well they are liked, not by their performance
