Pros

Great benefits, managers receive 3 weeks of vacation, 7 paid holidays as well as 7 wellness days. Sales associate receive 2 weeks of vacation and part time sales associates receive limited benefits as well.

Cons

H&M had a set of Shared Valued it us to work with which allowed for a employee friendly work place. Now they're rarely mentioned, it's the Five Basic Demands. Although, benefits are great the benefits department is no longer employee friendly. Takes a longer time to get questions answered. Maybe this is the sad reality of a company's growth, employee relations fall by the waste side.

Pros

A company with a conscious & a great relationship between employees and managers. The company treats their employees very well.

Cons

The company expects the sales associates to do a lot of work, and sometimes it's very physically draining/demanding. And like most retail places, you will get shitty customers that don't respesct you as a person.
