Pros

when I entered they offered a permanent contract after 6 months and good chances of promotions

Cons

the pay is so low you can barely survive in the capital of Italy, the promotions come at big prices, usually relocating you away from your family and with a barely minimum salary improvement. The mobbing to get things done, even tasks that are not in your job profile is so high that most people give up looking for a solution and end up having nervous breakdowns. The competition among colleagues is so strong there are no true relationships that can come out of the job, and if there are usually the heads of the company try and create as much angst among teams as possible so that people produce more.

Pros

scallywag, rogue, rascal, scoundrel !!! exploitation No social life 25% discount.

Cons

There is no collaboration or teamwork. the manager screaming in front of customers over trifles. The shop manager puts you against workers without reason. and colleagues make feedback about you constantly but are not direct with you. there are perverse dynamic selection with subtle psychological games. there is no ethics, transparency, fairness and integrity and meritocracy. they believe can choose who has values or not without an adequate level of education. so they choose you if uou like them. they promise promotions and growth only to see your reactions and attitude. the human resource department doesn't exist. heavy workload. the great place to work and the final questionnaire are fake cause the managment stay with you when you write. they say "we are vengeful"

Pros

Great opportunities for everyone, especially in the retail: you can start as a sales adviser and become a manager in a few years Any kind of people is accepted, as far as she or he accepts H & M

Cons

Sometimes it seems like a cult, but few really believe The rule is that everyone must do everything (it is the only company that I know where on the business card is never indicated the role), and the downside is that in this way it is normal that there is a certain amount of incompetence
