Pros

H&M is a good job for students looking for a quick fix for their finances if they're a bit lacking. The shift system makes it sustainable long-term, whereas working full-time as a shop assistant would be stressful and repetitive.

Cons

Good time management is a must. Also, some fellow shopkeepers can be nasty. It all depends on the management of the particular store you're working at.

Pros

Sense of ownership, pampering benefits, responsibility, good work environment. You feel part of a good family and you rarely get stressed.

Cons

You are required to take some training in store. You may not be so interested and excited to do that.
