Cons

Underqualified and overworked teams - 20 hour workdays were routinely expected Most managers are morons with no backbones and are not held accountable Bad behavior is rewarded and encouraged - stealing will even get you a promotion! Management leads in fear of not pleasing Italy HQ no matter how ridiculous/irrelevant strategies are for US “HR” is pathetic and useless Brainwashing will put you into therapy

Extremely toxic, unorganized, hierarchy, lack of diversity in leadership and corporate but want people of color on the frontline in stores, stupid campaigns at times that show the lack of diversity in leadership, lots of work for the pay, inconsistent, unstable, inconsiderate management
