      Underqualified and overworked teams - 20 hour workdays were routinely expected Most managers are morons with no backbones and are not held accountable Bad behavior is rewarded and encouraged - stealing will even get you a promotion! Management leads in fear of not pleasing Italy HQ no matter how ridiculous/irrelevant strategies are for US “HR” is pathetic and useless Brainwashing will put you into therapy

      Leadership and communication lacked consistency. Employee well-being often felt secondary to metrics and sales performance. Expectations continued to increase while support and recognition declined. The culture became increasingly stressful, and decisions affecting employees were not always handled transparently. Many talented employees left due to burnout, turnover, and lack of confidence in management.
