if you are looking for experience this is a good place to start. i was lucky to have awesome coworkers who then became friends but management is horrible.

Cons

1) poor upper management 2) manipulative management 3) work you to death 4) favoritism 5) toxic work environment 6) underpaid 7) always short staffed the list goes on

Pros

They will hire just about anyone. Its a great way to gain quick experience and increase your speed with clients. If you enjoy doing men's haircuts you will be busy.

Cons

Other stylists drama. Poor pay, being asked to clock out or work an "on call" shift where you remain on the premises without pay. I saw many illegal practices while working for this company. They also offer zero flexibility around stylists schedules.
