      Pros

      if you are looking for experience this is a good place to start. i was lucky to have awesome coworkers who then became friends but management is horrible.

      Cons

      1) poor upper management 2) manipulative management 3) work you to death 4) favoritism 5) toxic work environment 6) underpaid 7) always short staffed the list goes on

      Flexible schedules, 401k, health, & dental benefits, bonuses (based on salon performance, base wage with poetional to hit commission on service & product sales, fun friendly & welcoming environment for employees/customers, continuing education for growth in the industry, professional career growth with Great Clips (depending upon your franchise)

      Cons

      Haircutting exclusive so if you enjoy other services in the industry (chemicals, waxing, updo styling) this is not the place Franchised salons, so salons are ran differently.
