low pay, awful hours, never really have a day off because you are constantly on call. management is just terrible. no one in the company listens to their employees. Sales no breaks

PAY, PAY, PAY. These people are the typical corporate “run of the mill” run this business like a machine operation. They’ve invested as little as possible into the business- very low budget EVERYTHING from products to store lighting, POS systems, even the hairstyle posters look cheesy! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL

They didn't pay well and it was under minimum wage Management was terrible A lot of stylists quit every month They don't care about their employs
