Pros

The store manager was great to work with. He encouraged the stylists to do well. If all you like to do is cut hair and not do color, this is a great place. It is very fast paced and you are expected to complete your hair cut in <13 minutes.

Cons

The owners and general manager of the company could care less about you. There is no communication between management. Alot of gossip, drama but then again that is in most salons

very fast paced, up beat environment. great group of girls to work with. requesting time off was fairly easy to get.

Cons

very few weekends off, poor pay (outside of tips, just paycheck)
