Business Outlook
Pros
They have continued training and it goes for CEU hours. They pay more than most competitors and usually work with your schedule. They also pay commission on a daily basis unlike competitors. There are great opportunities to move up with this company. They also focus on the clients expectations.
Cons
I feel as if the owners need to be a little more understanding. My owners are great, but since they are not hairstylist themselves they don't understand the business as much as stylist do. I have worked for owners who are not nearly as understanding as mine are, but I've worked for competitors who really don't understand or care to understand. They just care about how much money you're going to make them.
