      great benefits and employee perks. upper managment always rewards employees for hard work and commitment to the company. employee discounts on products and tools.

      Cons

      at times it seems that issues brought to managments attention fall on deaf ears. scheduing favortism seems to be a frequent issue.

      we recieve an hourly wage, i can figure my wages easily

      Cons

      the wage recieved is very low for the hours we work. the hours of operation are too long, no one needs their hair cut after 8 pm. we have children too

      well known all over. you get advance training and they have workshops you can go to to brush up on things.

      Cons

      open 7 days . no color. no healthe benefits which is something they need to consider becouse everyone needs affordable health care. people that dont know the first thing about cutting hair own some great clips and what they expect doesnt really go with the buisness
