good place to work but its very hard to be a family oriented person when you have absolutely no set schedualing.

I like the fast pace of the buiseness. There is always something that needs to be done.

Cons

No set schedualing. And hard to move up to becoming more than a stylist, getting into managment positions.

I enjoy working at Great Clips because I love cutting hair and I love working with the customers, it is a very full-fulling career

Cons

Alot goes in the backround that high up people arent aware of or choose to do nothing about which is sad

many opportunities for advancement, pay and bonuses which make it a very lucrative job, and of course having fun in the workplace with many contests, games, and theme days

Cons

the nature of retail and service businesses that requires our work weeks to start on the week ends otherwise nothing that I don't like
