Pros

Easy to work around my school schedule. Gained some work experience. Easy to complete tasks assigned. Stress free work environment.

Cons

Horrible co-workers bringing all of their personal issues to work. Minimum wage was not worth the effort put in. Sometimes it would get really busy and people would get angry with the wait times. Manger expected you to be 15 minutes early without clocking in.

Pros

Clients Provided, Steady work, Team atmosphere.

Cons

Even with vacation hours, vacations are not allows allowed. Low pay, tops at $10/hr even after 4 years, policies and procedures are not upheld by franchisees unless they need them to be. No bonus', Rules and expectations constantly changing.

Pros

Always a paycheck, no clientel, product classes.

Cons

If you don't meet your "numbers" as in hc times, product %, it effects not only you getting a monthly bonus but your fellow stylists bonus'. That isn't fair. Especially when some people work thei asses off to sell, and keep their numbers perfect. It makes it where nobody wants to try! Great clips is hurting themselves by establishing this new policy.
