      Pros

      The store great clips is always busy and I am always making money. Management is very nice but it varies from location to location.

      Cons

      The store great clips is always busy so it makes for longer shifts that are hard to find coverage for it you need a day off. But it varies from location to location.

      Pros

      I enjoyed working at Great Clips. Tips were great. The team was like a big family and I enjoyed going to work every day.

      Cons

      They expected you to stay past your schedule if they were busy. I was also expected to work longer shifts, and work on my days off if they were under staffed.

      Great Clips is a franchised company and each salon is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Franchisees and managers work hard to staff the salon for the busiest customer traffic while taking into account a work/life balance.       Pros

      could have flex hours depending on the need of business. Hourly pay is not great but tips can compensate for the low wages

      Cons

      When the customer count is down, the management can send you home way before your schedule finishing time
