Pros

Never a shortage of clients. Lots of training. Helped me build my confidence right out of school. Convenient location for me.

Cons

The constant push to sell product and get clients in and out faster. It's even encouraged to buy products with my own money to boost numbers before a deadline. And we are discouraged to accept requests for a certain stylists.

good tips, flexible scheduling, weekends mandatory but days off rotate, busy salon

Cons

weekends mandatory, not too many cons i mostly like this salon, sometimes have to take short lunch breaks but that could be any salon
