Great benefits, great franchisee's lots on ongoing training, great clips cares for their employees and wants to see them succeed

Cons

Need to be available during all Operating hours hours which can be a bit much 9-9 Mon - Fri as well as sat & sun

Thank you. Great Clips is a retail business offering great haircuts at the most convenient times for customers. Often, on nights or weekends. Franchisees & managers attempt to staff for busy customer traffic while taking into consideration a work/life balance.

I love the fast paced job, meeting new faces every day and looking forward to clients coming back. We do get paid holidays if your full time. It's a great job and the owners are great people butt...........

Cons

The pay is horrible less then minimum wage even for assistant manager. Supercuts pay minimum and more, and when minimum goes up so didn't they...There are no bonuses except product bonus which never gets met. No insurance plans no 401k plans.....

They acknowledge great performance. They encourage product sales but aren't restrictive about it. Company training was great!
