Every person is a valued member of the team and the bigger picture. We have great, easy to use tools for managers and staff to further their education and career. Never have I been so valued by every person above me, all the way to corporate headquarters. They are literally just a phone call away, eager to help you achieve whatever greatness you are reaching for!

Cons

If you just want to punch the clock, cut and go home, Great Clips may not be for you. We take personal and professional development seriously. Being the best at what we do is the goal so everything we do is centered around the customer so we can grow personally as well as grow the business. And that's how you achieve Greatness!

I love working with Great Clips. The management team has a clear vision for the future. The always act with integrity and are actively working to stay ahead of the competition.

They could be a bit quicker on the implementation of some projects.
