Numerous bonuses. You have base pay + commission + product bonus 8% 10% 15% of product Fast pace, constantly busy

Cons

Work weekends BUT at any salon you will have to work weekends

The money!! The clients ! The structured inviorment and building blocks to further your performance . They have great training programs for new stylist and for stylist working for management

Cons

Nothing, besides working weekends but our hours are short so you still have time to do stuff on the weekends
