Pros

Fast paced environment and could have the potential to earn lots of tips to increase your income substantially.

Cons

Owners constantly want the haircuts to be done faster, faster, faster!! The quality of work is just not there in that amount of time. They set goals that are not attainable and when the shop is slow they want the stylists to clock out but are not allowed to leave..... so in reality, just hang out or clean for free!! Is that even legal?

We are sorry about your experiences. The advised haircut times are based on data that has been collected for years which shows the optimal time it should take to complete an average haircut. Every customer deserves a personal, quality experience. More time may need to be spent with some while others take less time. Pros

The best place to start out and learn everything. We have such a tight knit team, it's like family. I learned everything I know here. Going from barbershop to here was the best move I ever made. Apply now!!!

Cons

N/A if you're good you get recognized and paid more. Keyword: GOOD lol

Pros

For a young stylist there's technical training and lots of clients to get practice in to hone your skills. Pay is decent and there is commission on product sales

Cons

Rushed atmosphere, constant flow of clients, clients can be rude, clients come back and say their hair is messed up even when it isn't just because they expect that from a franchise salon. Managers don't show up on time to open the shop but if you show up late that would be a problem. A 7 minute cut time is praised and a 20 minute cut time is a problem.
