Just a number NOT a person to this company! They only care how many people they can push in/out .
Pros
Only pro I can say is its guarantee pay. There pay wage for someone who paid a pretty penny for hair education is insulting.
Cons
This company full time will own you. They will work you 10 to 16 day straights regarding the fact you have kids. . . A life! They expect you to give and understand when they are in need but don't care AT ALL when it comes to the employee -- just another number! If you want to grow with a company this is not that company. Your looking to make some quick cash and stay busy this would be a great job for you but Don't expect them to care! It's all about the numbers! They will give you a break IF THEY HAVE TIME. If you cant perform a 11 to 15min haircut 20 to 28 times a day , 10 to 16 days in row . . .if not your always replaceable. And they will remind you daily of that!
