In order of priority: Company focused with negative priority towards the employee. Their strategy is to endlessly work you with zero prospect of a promotion or skill development until you eventually leave as they have no incentive to promote from within. Constant meaningless drama and sham performance reviews to keep you where you are because certain people need to appear more knowledgeable than others. No one has any clue on what they are doing or how anything works and you're purposely kept in the dark to prevent you from gaining enough knowledge to move forward. You'll only learn as much as you need to complete your work. Somewhat overworked with a lack of stimulating work.

Disorganized management, absolutely unclear on boarding process. The company has an Italian culture not British so you manager will be 100% rude with you or mean!Its GotU specialty. Discrimination might be seen as well. Try to find another job before joining them. Nightmare for every young person
