Pros
-Everyone is extremely friendly and the working environment is brilliant. There are a lot of social events as well. -The managers are very helpful and there are weekly calls to touch base about campaign performance which are really useful. -Senior management is very driven but also very understanding. You can be open and honest with them and they recognise hard work.
Cons
-Due to a high volume of campaigns that are managed, there are some very busy periods where you have to be prepared to work over-time, but in general the workload is very manageable.
