Thank you for your review! Your comments definitely resonated with me. We work hard to create a fun and productive culture on the Product Team that fosters collaboration and debate so that hopefully the best ideas win. Often that requires input and buy in from many stakeholders, which I agree can create significant work for Product Managers. Part of this will always be the role of PM's but I agree there is more we can do to consolidate touchpoints or bring our stakeholders along earlier in the process to avoid disruption later in the process when changes are harder to make. Thanks for the feedback! - Andy Chen, Chief Product Officer

Pros

Flexible, great benefits, adult approach. You are listened to at this company. They really want to be more diverse and make an effort. You are paid for anything extra you do and you don't feel like just a number. They genuinely care about your work ethic and your growth within the company. Mental health and burnout is at the top of their list. Happy employees bring happy results. Amazing company to work for!

Cons

Slow systems. They really need an update so things can run a little smoother

Thank you for your review! I’m delighted to know that you think our company is amazing and I am confident that you are part of the reason. Our sales team is incredible and it’s such an honor for me to lead it. You are absolutely correct. We do listen and sincerely strive to make our company and sales organization the best it can be. --And part of that is ensuring that we have a diverse and inclusive culture. Listening to our people in one-to-one and small group settings is one of my favorite aspects of the job. I care deeply about our people, their well-being, their growth, and their success. I’m so glad that you do not feel like a number and that you appreciate the opportunity to earn “extra” for your work. Though we are not perfect and there are areas that need improvement, we truly want our employees to thrive. Burnout is real, especially when so much work remains virtual, but adding “You Days” this quarter gave everyone a boost and I’m glad that we’re empowered to take action to help. We’ll continue to look for ways to support our people. Thanks for calling out the systems challenge. Though we have a robust tech stack for our sellers, I know that some systems can be cumbersome and not as efficient as we’d like. We will continue to assess the stack, equip our people to use the systems and identify ways to optimize. If you have a particular system in mind, please don’t hesitate to send me a Slack or email to ensure that I’m aware. I want to be sure you have the tools you need for success. Thanks again for taking the time to provide feedback. - Val Roush, VP of Sales

Pros

- Amazing people to work with. Seriously, they're the smartest, most humble and passionate people you'll come across. Just about everyone believes in what we're doing. - Glassdoor genuinely care about the whole person. This is the first employer I've had that I haven't had anxiety about having to leave to take care of my child, or take care of myself when I'm sick. It's like they really understand that there is more to employee lives than Glassdoor work. - No boys club or high school style politics here. You do your work well and contribute to the team/company? You move up. Backstabbing or any other oppressive types of behavior are unacceptable here. This place will literally change how you feel about work.

Cons

- Was sold on some things during my interview process that turned out to be incorrect. Seemed to be an education issue with the recruiter. I don't think it was malicious or salesy or anything but would liked to have the full picture of what I was walking into. Minimal things such as 2 days off per month (sold as a permanent feature), told I would get full coverage insurance for me and children in 24 months instead of 48. - There seems to be a weird referral situation in place - almost like if you refer someone to the company they seem to be LESS likely to be given a shot as a means of reducing bias. It is messaged as a standard referral set up, however. Just a weird situation altogether.
