I am working from last 17 Years with this company. Company takes care of their employee with good co-ordinations. Currently we are facing challenge with Covid-19, it very difficult time and company support to all employee. Time to time all supportive activities has been done and communicated by country manager. Working Culture is very nice and there is a freedom to work too.

Cons

I don't fell any downsides in the company even Itlay effected with Covid-19 in worldwide.

-They are very transparent with all the actions in the company. In the hard times of COVID too, they think about the employees first. Great to have a leader like our CEO. HR always approachable and makes sure you have no concerns what so ever. She is phenomenal. -If you are looking for a bright career, this is the company for you.
