      Pros

      Get a day off for your birthday, quite flexible with when you take your holidays apart over the Christmas period

      Cons

      Underpaid, overworked, poor commission, no incentive, all management get christmas off whilst staff still have to work. On call 24/7 with no additional holiday/overtime pay, micro managemed, strict targets and KPI's, no praise at all

      Pros

      Gi group is an Italian top HR company,prestigious and solid with a massive network presence in Italy.

      Cons

      Advancement's career is quite slow especially if you don't work in the HQ. Even more the system isn't meritocrac at all but that's something prevalent in the Italian companies.
