      It's been only 1 month, company is asking for feedback.. what's the logic? Still I'll write down some point.

      Pros

      Salary on time, Good coordination IT team.

      Cons

      Too much work load. It's been only 1 month but I feel I've been working for long time with a crucial responsibilities. Team manager should not expect more from a new joiner. No benefits at all. No phone reimbursement. It just a mnc. nothing more. IT team provided a low class laptop. That's it.
