Pros
At the beginning, especially if you were new to HR, you would have had the best out of it. Great potential for meeting business people, networking, and nailing down communication skills.
Cons
Lack of flexibility regarding work from home, low salary, and no possibilities for advancement as the management is "old" and they believe in the "first come, first get the higher position" no matter the quality of people. They will tell you what you want to hear and what sounds nice for every young person, but after a while, you realize those are all crap. They will also say that they will support you for your future endeavors so you feel like they are nice, but it won't actually happen.
