working long hours every end of the month? seriously, management needs to rethink this business strategy. This is 2015, not 1915. placing product side by side that looks the same, but different by one number? really? this is your best practice? Flowserve employee's need to re-read the materials handbook. All those upstairs meetings will not fix this. you need direct action, when it happens. promise of promotions, but only if you work there x-amount of years and perform well at your job including taking on projects to show enthusiasm. more like, lets see who carries more of the work load and extra management projects and maybe, just maybe after your job performance will give you an interview to possibly consider you for a job will most likely source out to a temp agency.
