      Pros

      Flowserve used to be a good company to work for. But unfortunately, oil market went down and along with it Flowserve

      Cons

      Full of Racists. No career growth. People get promoted based on who they know and not based on merit.

      Pros

      Great work-life balance. Great opportunity to work for very important and well -known customers and projects worldwide. Salaries are higher than the standard for engineers in Spain, at least at the beginning.

      Cons

      Very difficult to promote since the structure is very flat and there is not a lot of movement of employees. Not a lot of changes in the industry, therefore it is easy to get tired from doing always the same. You have to deal with a lot of inefficiencies since it is a multinational firm, but I guess this is common to every big company.

      Pension Plan and Base Salary are very competitive. Work life Balance is also a plus. Can't go wrong working for this company.
