Decent pay for job, exposure to many sectors within the field. Not too many pros. Simple manufacturing job. Great place to retire.

Cons

Too much gray area, leads to confusion on even the simplest of tasks and very little chance for career development.

Cons

Where does this company want to go? Unfortunate that it lost it's focus and is desperately trying to make up for major missteps over the past years. FLS balance sheet is abysmal. Racism does exist. I can confirm that. Also, regional stereotypes prevail that is uncalled for and not necessary when making business decisions. Very shallow and nearsighted company.

Broad portfolio of products that are well known provides stability.

Cons

Company overreacted to downturn in the oil and gas industry. Layoffs and constant restructuring have left employees with ever increasing workloads and little assurance of the future. Your potential for growth is highly dependent on which business unit you are in. There are a few units where almost all managerial pro options seem to come from.
