Worst Company to join. Only join if you want to get laid off sooner

Decent Package and Remote opportunity

Cons

They are hiring based on the project availability and after we join, in less than a year, they are saying that the project is ended and you're laid off. There is no concept of bench or anything and people are not even allowed to join other project if one got ended. Very poor management and no direction also. Poor hike and zero learning. Worst company to join

Good company to get you started, many kind colleagues, meal vouchers, health insurance, pension fund, 40% home office (2 days a week), paid formation.

Cons

Office lacks in terms of comfort and amenities and it's a bit out of reach from anything you might want to do after work. There is a lot of difference within clients and projects, If you end up in the wrong project you might be asked to work overtime (unpaid), or you might have to go to the office only to work with remote colleagues. Working from home is generally discouraged: you'll periodically be reminded to go to the office, meal vouchers are lower the days you work from home, there is some flexibility in case of need but you'll need to align your office days as soon as you can, you'll not be able to "accumulate" days to spend for a long work holiday .
