      Lots of freedom. Seniors are very supportive and helpful. They guide you whenever you reach out. The management is open to suggestions and provides opportunity to work on good tech if you are willing

      Cons

      Not much as of now. But some projects have timings where you need to attend meeting at night around 12. Though company is remote first.
