Pros

Nice Coworkers Good work-life balance Large project pool 1 paid certification exam/year

Cons

Poor Management and HR Poor organization and distinction about workers’ attitudes Large project pool also means bad projects with legacy software Below the average launch tickets Annual review should be done by someone who can really value your work, not by “an external” Almost no chance to boost your career and position Hired as .NET Developer (also attended .NET Academy hosted by Fincons) then worked as Data Cleaner in an Oracle Environment

Cons

- No training; - Unclear roles and career development almost absent; - Lack of contact with their own resources when they are allocated at the customer site; - Ticket restaurant too low.
