Pros
+ I have met awesome engineers here and an excellent environment between colleagues. + I liked the professionalism of all Managers, Colleagues, HR. + Good pay compared with the market. + You can learn a lot if you are willing to, there are some very interesting projects. + Very good life work balance.
Cons
- For a company with an experience of more than 30 years and which is advertising a Digital Transformation strategy I would expect a "Engineers as first class citizens" philosophy. It is missing blatantly at the moment. E.g. a full fledged computer is more useful in the hands of a manager than at an engineer. - Needs some clear career path for engineers. It is inexistent at the moment. After some years of seniority you are expected to pass to management. - I would expect more training and engineering excellence initiatives, not only from management but also from senior engineers. - Very little communication between teams which more or less are solving the same problems in different projects.
