Pros

I've found a triving and very heterogeneous IT department, with collegues with very different background, from junior to very experienced. Overall, it's a very good place to work at.

Cons

A few teams are too small or they don't work in the best situation, with too much pressure, unclear business specifications and short deadlines; but there's room for improvements and they're trying to solve those issues.
