      Pros

      - Focus on training and related benefits (conferences, meet-up, books, etc...) - Very helpful and highly prepared colleagues - Non-stressful rhythms, that allows to produce high quality product - Use of the most innovative technologies

      Cons

      - Not focused on "mobile-first" products - Fast growth of the company leads to some organizational problems

      - Awesome CTO, Simone is one of the best CTOs I had in my career, always open to talk about anything, very friendly and inspiring. He did not always know everything but was very good at learning and putting the right decisions in line. - Very good colleagues and friendly environment - Because of the different inside opportunities this company is suitable for both those that are looking for a long term relationship or just a springboard
