      - Awesome CTO, Simone is one of the best CTOs I had in my career, always open to talk about anything, very friendly and inspiring. He did not always know everything but was very good at learning and putting the right decisions in line. - Very good colleagues and friendly environment - Because of the different inside opportunities this company is suitable for both those that are looking for a long term relationship or just a springboard

      Pros

      I had the honour to work with Facile.it devs, almost all of them are honest and very helpful. There are some of them very skilled in OOP, PHP and Design Patterns.

      Cons

      The management, in particular the relation between IT and management, is the sore point of working in facile.it. There isn't an agile methodology, and managers come to a programmer desk demanding a development that must be carried out immediately. This happened a lot of times in the last months.
