      Pros

      I had the honour to work with Facile.it devs, almost all of them are honest and very helpful. There are some of them very skilled in OOP, PHP and Design Patterns.

      Cons

      The management, in particular the relation between IT and management, is the sore point of working in facile.it. There isn't an agile methodology, and managers come to a programmer desk demanding a development that must be carried out immediately. This happened a lot of times in the last months.

      Very good code quality, fast skillset improvement. Very well maintened codebase and test coverage.

      Sometime a little bit pressure during production releases.
