If you are lucky, you might find yourself in a decent project

Cons

Too much time spent doing menial and repetitive tasks that will not advance your skill or career in any way Most projects are badly managed or sometimes barely managed at all Unpaid overtime, although obviously not clearly encouraged, is silently accepted as the norm If you find yourself in a bad project, it is nearly impossible to change and you may remain stuck on it for years

Very few pros. Probably the only one is that they don't miss payments, but still, they don't pay at the end of the month as such a company should do and employees need to wait for the 5th day on the following month.

Cons

Badly organized. It is a huge company but only one person takes all the decisions, and that is the President. All the other major directors' roles are taken by the President's relatives. Low salaries, no possibility to grow, no career path.
