Pros

Company growing up fast, which should give employees more opportunities.

Cons

Low salary, management with low attention to employees's needs. Basically, the Company takes decisions and doesn't care at all about people's thoughts.

Pros

Unfortunately none. I am employee of a company that has been acquired by Exprivia a couple of years ago. Things got worse and worse month by month. That's why I'll be gone soon.

Cons

Consultants market in Italy is no more than slavery and this company is, if possible, worse than others. Management makes unilateral choices (like the payment date) and the employee is lucky if the news arrives to him/her before the damage is done (i.e. month starts credit card payment is due, but "hey guys, from this month the salary payment will be on the 5th of the month rather than by the end of the month").
